Good news! We now offer Shipping Protection. This is an optional add-on presented in cart and at checkout that allows you the option to protect your orders against loss, theft, or damage in transit when selected.

If you purchased Shipping Protection and have experienced a delivery issue, please visit https://yisebeauty.com/apps/returns to initiate a claim. Simply follow the prompts to complete your claim. 

After the claim has been created, please be on the lookout for a confirmation email that the claim was submitted successfully followed by a "needs additional information" email (if needed). If no further details are requested, you will receive resolution notification in 24hrs or less. In rare instances, more time of 1-3 days may be needed for review.  

*Please note that approved Ship Protect claims are currently resolved via a refund to the original form of payment. At this time, replacement orders and store credit are not offered as claim resolutions. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help at [email protected].
